Physical Therapy by Phoenix is a locally owned outpatient physical therapy organization committed to delivering high-quality, one-on-one patient care. Founded by clinicians, we focus on clinical excellence, supportive teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships while operating efficient, well-supported clinics throughout Wichita.
This role is ideal for anyone interested in physical therapy or exploring a future career in healthcare. As a rehab tech, you’ll support the clinical team and help create a friendly, organized, and welcoming environment for our patients.
Responsibilities
Assist therapists by gathering equipment and preparing treatment areas
Interact with patients in a kind and helpful way throughout their visit
Support the front desk with paperwork, scheduling tasks, and basic computer work
Help maintain a clean and safe clinic, including cleaning equipment and keeping spaces organized
Assist with phone calls as needed
Complete other tasks that support day-to-day clinic operations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and typing skills
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds when helping patients or moving equipment
Hours
The ideal candidate will be able to work Monday 1-6, Thursday 7-12, Friday 7-3:30.
