We have successfully recovered millions of dollars in distressed and defaulted debt and continue to expand our team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities
- Contact consumers and businesses to collect past‑due balances
- Meet performance expectations for collection efforts on assigned accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements by evaluating ability and willingness to pay
- Document all collection activity in accordance with established procedures
- Navigate and interpret multiple system screens and relay information accurately and professionally to the consumer.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, call center, or medical billing preferred
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual – Spanish
- Successful completion of a background check
