Join the Hoshi Ranch Team!
Hoshi Ranch is a unique Japanese-inspired dining and event destination in McKinney, Texas, bringing together great food, cars, Japanese culture, and community. We’re looking for energetic, dependable people to join our front-of-house team.
This is not a position where you’ll be limited to one job. We’re looking for all-hands-on-deck team members who enjoy working with people and are willing to jump in wherever needed to create a great experience for our guests.
Positions available:
Servers Bartenders Front-of-House / Event Crew
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Serving food and drinks
- Bartending and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, when legally eligible
- Running food and assisting other servers
- Bussing and resetting tables
- Helping with setup and service for car meets, special events, and private gatherings
- Keeping guest and service areas clean and organized
- Working together with the kitchen, bar, and other team members
- Helping wherever needed during busy service
Who we’re looking for:
We care more about attitude, reliability, personality, and work ethic than having years of restaurant experience.
You should be:
- Friendly and comfortable talking with guests
- Reliable and on time
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Willing to help outside of your primary position when needed
- Interested in providing a higher level of hospitality and guest service
Restaurant, serving, bartending, barista, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
About Hoshi Ranch
Hoshi Ranch isn't a typical restaurant. We’ve created a destination where Japanese food and culture, cars, events, and the Texas community come together. Our weekends can range from regular dining service to large car gatherings and special events, so every day can be a little different.
We want our guests to feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of from the moment they arrive.
Schedule:
Primarily Friday evenings and weekends. Additional hours may be available for events and special functions.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
