Basil Ford of Niagara Falls is looking for a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager to help lead and grow our pre-owned vehicle operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced dealership professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to drive results, and can lead a sales team from the front.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to consistently achieve sales and CSI goals

Desk deals and structure transactions while partnering closely with the F&I department

Appraise vehicles and help manage inventory strategy to maximize profitability and turn

Identify opportunities within the CRM and develop creative strategies to improve lead conversion and customer retention

Maintain strong CRM processes and ensure consistent customer follow-up activity from the sales team

Drive performance through daily leadership, accountability, and process execution

Utilize strong phone and follow-up skills to help drive appointments, engagement, and sales opportunities

Ensure a top-tier customer experience both in-store and online

Maintain compliance with dealership policies and state regulations

Support merchandising, pricing, and inventory management initiatives
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of automotive sales management or dealership leadership experience
-
Strong background in pre-owned vehicle operations
-
Proven success achieving sales volume and gross profit goals

Experience with desking, appraisals, CRM management, and sales process accountability

Excellent leadership, communication, and closing skills
-
Strong CRM, phone, and customer follow-up skills

Ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership environment

Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
