Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating for the rights of injured clients. This role involves representing clients in litigation, negotiating settlements, and ensuring that they receive the compensation they deserve for their injuries.
Key Responsibilities-
Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims.

Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support clients' cases.

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Prepare and present cases in court, including for mediation and arbitration.

Calculate damages and advise clients on the potential outcomes of their cases.

Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress.
Qualifications-
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Proven experience in personal injury law, with a focus on plaintiff representation.

Strong litigation skills, with a track record of successful case outcomes.

Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in settlement discussions.

Familiarity with catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.

Knowledge of damages calculation and legal procedures related to personal injury cases.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
