<Duties>
- Answer inbound calls from customers inquiring about our products and close these sales and process the order.
- Process online orders and send shipment tracking information.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer requirements, demonstrating strong communication skills and technical knowledge.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals by presenting compelling value propositions aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads through personalized outreach strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks within CRM systems to ensure seamless business development efforts.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within technology or B2B sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to receive inbound calls and conduct outbound calling campaigns and develop new business opportunities through warm calling techniques.
- Knowledge of technical products or services related to technology sales is highly desirable.
