No previous mushroom harvesting experience is required. If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to work, we will provide the training you need to succeed.

As a Harvesting Operations Worker, you will harvest fresh mushrooms while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and productivity. You will work as part of a team in an indoor mushroom growing facility.
Responsibilities
- Harvest mushrooms according to company quality standards.
- Handle mushrooms carefully to prevent damage.
- Sort and place harvested mushrooms into the appropriate containers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity expectations.
- Perform other harvesting-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- No experience required; training provided.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $300.00 - $1,100.00 per week
