Circa 1922 is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented garde manger to join our kitchen team.
This position is responsible for salads, cold appetizers and other garde manger preparations,
with an emphasis on clean, consistent and well-composed plates.
Responsibilities include:
● Preparing salads, cold appetizers, dressings, sauces and other station components
● Maintaining consistent portions, presentation and freshness
● Keeping the station clean, organized, stocked and ready for service
● Completing daily prep and cleaning
● Following proper food-safety and sanitation procedures
● Supporting the rest of the kitchen team when needed
Previous professional kitchen experience is preferred, and garde manger or cold-station
experience is a plus. However, we are willing to train the right person—someone dependable,
composed, eager to learn and comfortable working as part of a professional team.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Benefits include health, dental and vision
insurance, paid time off and sick pay.
We are hiring immediately, but selectively, for someone who wants to become part of a
strong, long-term kitchen team.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
