We're looking for a friendly, reliable attendant to help run our clean, fully-attended laundromat. This is a customer-facing role where being welcoming and keeping the space spotless are the two most important parts of the job.
Weekend availability is required. You must be free to work Saturdays and Sundays — these are our busiest days, and this is not a weekday-only position.
What you'll do:
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, helpful service
- Keep the facility clean throughout your shift — wiping down machines and folding tables, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash
- Assist with wash-dry-fold service, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding
- Monitor machines and help customers who need a hand
- Report any equipment issues or supply needs to management
What we're looking for:
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) — required
- A positive, customer-first attitude and a genuine friendliness with people
- Takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting
