Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet for guests
- Ensure food is presented in an appealing manner and replenished as needed and in accordance with brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safety of guests
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
