Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer/Service Technician to join our growing, privately owned family business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on a ladder, working with hand tools and have an aptitude for learning mechanical systems. Pay will be determined on current HVAC experience with a potential pay increase at 90-days and an annual review after the first year. Employees are given two-weeks of paid time off and receive six paid holidays each year.
Responsibilities:
- Specializing in radiant floor heat, mini splits, ventilation, air to water heat pumps, and boiler replacements
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs
- Read and interpret schematics to determine the layout of HVAC systems
- Build new HVAC systems according to specifications
Requirements:
- Aptitude for learning mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely drive a company van for service calls
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer/Service Technician*
- Knowledge of boiler systems and their operation
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Strong understanding of air conditioning principles and systems

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
