EDU Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in a school setting this upcoming school year. This is an opportunity to support students in reaching their mobility, independence, and educational goals while collaborating with teachers, families, and other school professionals.
- Provide physical therapy services to students in special education
- Evaluate, screen, and monitor student progress
- Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student goals
- Perform other related duties as needed
- Master’s degree from a CAPTE-accredited university
- Active state licensure and/or certification OR ability to obtain prior to start
- Experience working with children or in schools is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
