Job Responsibilities:
- Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
- Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
Qualifications:
- RBT Certification or 40 hours course
- Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
- Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
