Position Overview & Description
The Document Services Manager serves as the critical link between the Sales team and the Document Services Operations team, translating customer requirements and sales commitments into clear, achievable production plans. The manager oversees daily operations for printing, copying, scanning, finishing, and related document production services, while providing leadership to the production team and ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and exemplify Complete Legal’s values and culture.
- Check in projects, review job instructions for accuracy, and communicate project-related questions to Sales.
- Monitor and update the job board and project deadlines.
- Communicate issues that may impact project timelines or client deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and supervise employees.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Oversee and order operational inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on project quotes, timelines, and deadline management.
- Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide leadership and support to the operations team while maintaining efficient workflows.

- Experience using IPRO.
- Experience using ReadySuite.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IPRO, or similar software is preferred.
- Experience with ReadySuite, or similar software is preferred
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing employees and overseeing production workflows.
- Previous operations management, operations supervision, or related leadership experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Physical Demands and Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 45-pound document boxes.
- Ability to read printed and electronic documents, review detailed information, and visually monitor work activities in an office and production environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work both on the operations floor and in a management capacity.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
