Source Termite Solutions is growing throughout the Fort Worth area and looking for motivated individuals to join our in-home sales team.
This is a field-based sales position where you'll meet directly with homeowners through company-provided appointments. No cold calling. No door knocking. No sitting behind a desk. Just quality conversations with interested homeowners and a proven process designed to help you succeed.
Whether you're experienced in sales or looking to break into a high-income opportunity, we'll provide the training, support, and appointments needed to get started.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
- Conduct property evaluations and identify termite-related concerns
- Educate homeowners on available treatment and protection options
- Present recommendations and guide customers through the decision-making process
- Build trust through professionalism and excellent customer service
- Follow up with prospective customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records and communication throughout the sales process

Compensation
- 100% commission-based position
- Average earnings of $1,500+ per week

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable meeting with customers face-to-face
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Sales, roofing, solar, pest control, HVAC, home improvement, automotive sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
