This is not like any caregiving job you have ever had. The days will often be one on one with clients in their homes. One day may be nail painting, puzzles, sudoku, or watching their favorite show with them, another day may be helping them prepare for their week, appointments, sharing stories, and helping around the house. Each day we can offer a consistent face to our clients that they can trust to be with them in their homes.
Stone and Light EC is family-owned, relationship-centered, companionship focused on intentional, supportive, and high-quality non-medical care. We are building a small but reliable team that values reliability, teamwork, warmth, and meaningful human connection.
Responsibilities
- First and foremost, companionship and emotional support
- Personal care including hygiene and light dressing
- Participating in hobbies, interests, or activities with clients
- Maintain a calm, safe, and structured environment
- Communicate professionally with both clients and staff/management
- Help with meal prep and light house keeping
Who we are looking for
- 19+ years old
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, professional, caring, and compassionate
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
- Great communication skills
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Willing to complete background check
