COMMISSION-ONLY PAINTING ESTIMATOR / SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Growing residential painting company is looking for a motivated estimator/sales representative to run appointments and close painting projects in the Fayetteville, Fuquay-Varina, and surrounding areas.
We provide the leads. Your job is to meet homeowners, build rapport, prepare estimates, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Measure and assess painting projects
- Prepare and present estimates
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Maintain professional communication with customers
Requirements:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Construction, painting, roofing, remodeling, or home services experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Compensation:
- Earn 5%–10% of every job sold
