High responsibility and autonomous management role which involves overseeing anywhere from six to ten direct reports managing mobile home community real estate assets (primarily with tenant owned homes.
Regional manager will be responsible for holding property managers accountable, keeping properties within budget, keeping collection performance as expected. Manager will be expected to periodically travel and work remotely the rest of the time.
Other responsibilities include:
Maintaining property operations to ensure appearance, maintenance, capital expenditures, and vendor relations are to company standard.
Maintaining and increasing property occupancy, collections. Shortening eviction timelines, project completions, and overall property turnaround times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
