Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for passionate creators, tech enthusiasts, and storytellers to join our opening team. As a Sales Associate at the first Insta360 flagship store in the US, you are the face of Insta360. You will guide customers through our innovative ecosystem, demostrate the use of a variety of camera products, and help them understand how Insta360 products can transform their content creation process.What you'll do
- Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
- Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all product categories
- Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
- Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining a pristine, tech-forward store environment
- Utilize Insta360 cameras to capture UGC content in-store or around the area for our social media channels
Job Requirement
- High school diploma or above. 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge about action cameras, vlogging cameras, and other camera products. Ability to answer technical questions about resolutions, focal lengths, and editing softwares.
- Comfortable approaching strangers in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
- Familiarity with viral social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Valid work authorization in North America
- Multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Japanese, etc.) are a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
