Hiring a Mechanic Helper in Monroe, LA.
Hourly Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2PM start time.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Clean trucks, containers, and equipment using pressure washers and other tools as directed.

Perform general facility maintenance and custodial duties.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Implement and manage a truck wash schedule to ensure consistent cleanliness.

Sweep floors, organize parts, and assist with keeping the wash bay and surrounding areas orderly.

Assist in basic shop tasks, including training to perform tire replacements and retorque procedures.
Requirements:

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments.

Experience operating pressure washers is preferred.
-
Mechanically inclined.
