We're looking for a driven Operations Manager to oversee nightly operations throughout the Seattle metropolitan area. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Job Summary
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee restaurant cleaning operations throughout Bellevue, Seattle, and the surrounding Puget Sound area. Your primary responsibility is ensuring every customer location is completed to Clean My Restaurant's standards before opening each day.
This is a field-based leadership position combining operations management, quality assurance, customer relations, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly inspections of restaurant cleaning projects.
- Ensure every location meets company quality standards.
- Manage and support multiple cleaning crews.
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable.
- Communicate with restaurant managers through text, phone, and in-person visits.
- Build strong relationships with restaurant operators and management teams.
- Collect business cards and contact information from restaurant managers to generate future sales opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities while visiting customer locations.
- Complete inspection reports with photos and documentation.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with company leadership.
- Ensure every restaurant is Guaranteed to Open Clean.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Evening and Overnight Hours
- Must have 7-day availability
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- On-call as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, janitorial services, facilities management, or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and crews simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency.
- Proficient using smartphones, texting, email, and mobile applications.
- Valid Washington driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout Bellevue, Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, and surrounding areas as needed.
