Qualifications:
Have your own tools
Reliable vehicle transportation
Able to work independently as well as in a group setting
Responsibilities:
Perform repairs in residential units and on general property
Minor electrical repairs, painting, carpentry
Some drywall installation and repairs
Light plumbing repairs, replacing toilets, faucets
Order and pick up needed supplies
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
