Founded in 1985, We are an independent family-owned wholesale tire distributor serving tire dealers in 5 states. We have 5 wholesale distribution warehouses;
Hickory NC, Richmond VA, Walterboro SC, Raleigh NC, and Greenville NC
This is a Warehouse Operations Manager for our K&M Tire location located in Richmond VA. We are seeking someone with a good work ethic, energetic, and positive attitude to ensure daily operations are efficient and provide excellent customer service to our customers. This position is a hands-on, meaning this person will be handling tires on a daily basis. Ability to drive a forklift is a must, along with ability to lift 30-100lbs.
Responsibilities:
Work with DC Manager to manage the following:

Manage/schedule employee hours/over-time

Schedule inbound freight loads
-
Manage logistics for deliveries to customers

Greet walk-in customers for pickup
-
Manage fleet maintenance/repair
-
Co-Ordinate Building Maintenance repairs as needed

Route check-in
-
Bank Deposits
-
Inventory Organization
-
Ensure excellent customer service
Skills needed:

Basic computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, Outlook)
