About the Role:
New Life Private Care LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Director RN to lead and elevate our care team in Buford, GA. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff and caregivers
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care policies and procedures
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate individualized care plans
- Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing and support staff
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- This position requires in-home patient visits within the East Atlanta Metro area
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in private duty or home health care
- Prior leadership or management experience in a clinical setting required
- Strong knowledge of state and federal home care regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
- Must have a vehicle
