Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Hot Springs seeking a full-time RN Case Manager to join our esteemed team. Requirements:

Registered Nurses (RN) license that is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.

Experience with home health nursing and OASIS is preferred; however, we will consider candidates with ICU, ER, med/surg, or related experience.

A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

patient education
-
medication administration
-
wound care
-
post-surgical care
-
skilled nursing care / direct patient care
-
patient follow-up
-
OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admitsdischarges

Additional duties as assigned
