MM Home Improvement Center is a growing home improvement supplier specializing in kitchen cabinets, appliances, range hoods, windows, doors, flooring, and other remodeling products. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team and help customers find the right products for their projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with product selection and project planning.
- Recommend and sell cabinets, range hoods, appliances, windows, doors, and other home improvement products.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website, and social media.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales orders using QuickBooks and company systems.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales opportunities.
- Support online orders and assist with basic product listing updates.
- Maintain showroom appearance, displays, and product information.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and repeat customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Basic computer proficiency; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
- English required; Spanish and/or Vietnamese language skills are a strong plus.
- Previous experience in home improvement, construction materials, cabinetry, appliances, or retail sales preferred.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
