What You'll Bring:
- Active Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license for Virginia
- Experience or strong interest in a school-based SLP environment
- Skills in both direct and virtual speech-language services
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload, with adaptability to varying assignments across campuses
- Commitment to timely credentialing, including VA Dept. of Social Services background check and required TB test
- Passion for student-centered support and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver in-person therapy, consultation, and assessments in school settings three days each week
- Provide virtual therapy and participate in remote meetings and documentation two days a week
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Support students ranging from preschool through high school age, tailoring services to meet individual needs
