This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our CEO, Interim COO, Chief of Staff, Special Projects, Director of Learner Success and Talent Solutions, and Director of Finance & Ops.

What You'll Do
You'll be the go-to partner for:
- Leadership team support: scheduling across calendars, meeting follow-through, and executive presentation prep
- Office management: mail and packages, guest hospitality, inventory and supplies, and event prep
- Onboarding and operations: new staff setup and serving as point of contact for building administration
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in executive support or operations
- Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office and project management software
- Emotionally intelligent, professional, and resourceful under pressure
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and communicating across stakeholders
- Passionate about equity, inclusion, and mission-driven work
Location & Compensation
- Based in Denver, CO (primarily in-office, part-time role)
- Compensation: $31–$36 per hour, depending on experience
- Benefits: Paid sick leave and family and medical leave (FMLA), as applicable. This part-time role is not eligible for health, dental, vision, or retirement benefits.

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, days of the week subject to discussion.

Travel: Some travel in the Denver-Metro area is required
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
