We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will assess patient conditions, administer treatments, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure patient safety and compliance with U.S. healthcare standards.
- Assess patient health conditions and record medical histories
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and vital signs, reporting changes to physicians
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation (EHR/EMR)
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State Board – USA)
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations (HIPAA, patient safety standards)
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Certifications such as BLS / ACLS
- Experience in hospital or clinical settings
