About the Role
I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and entrepreneur building a modern lifestyle, wellness, and mental health brand across Instagram and TikTok.
I'm looking for someone creative who loves storytelling through video and wants to help build something from the ground up. This is much more than a typical editing position—I want someone who enjoys brainstorming ideas, creating visually engaging content, experimenting with new trends, and helping shape the direction of the brand.
If you're constantly saving inspiring Reels, love cinematic edits, notice interesting camera angles, or get excited about creative storytelling, you'll probably enjoy this role.
I'm looking for someone to grow alongside the brand. As we continue to expand, there will be opportunities for increased hours, higher pay, and a larger creative role.
What You'll Do
Creative Collaboration
- Brainstorm content ideas together
- Help develop the overall creative vision and brand direction
- Suggest new content series, trends, and storytelling concepts
- Plan shot lists before filming
- Recommend creative locations around Denver
- Help create a recognizable visual style
Filming
- Film content 1–2 days per week (typically Wednesday mornings and/or Fridays)
- Capture cinematic B-roll and lifestyle footage
- Suggest camera angles and creative transitions while filming
- Help create a relaxed filming environment where ideas can flow naturally
Typical filming locations include:
- Coffee shops
- Parks and hiking trails
- Gyms
- Downtown Denver
- My apartment
- Local restaurants
- Travel adventures
- Day-in-the-life content
I'm always open to new location ideas.
Editing
Create engaging short-form content for:
Editing responsibilities may include:
- Story-driven edits
- Music selection
- Captions
- Motion graphics
- Creative transitions
- Pacing
- Hook optimization
- Color correction (if needed)
- Exporting final videos
I genuinely enjoy editing, so we'll likely collaborate on edits depending on the project.
Social Media Strategy
Ideal candidates also enjoy:

- Identifying content that performs well
- Repurposing long-form content into multiple short videos
Equipment Available
You'll have access to professional equipment including:
- Nikon Z6 III
- Insta360 camera
- DJI Mic 2 wireless microphones
- Tripods
- Phone mounts
- Lighting equipment
- iPhone
- Other content creation gear
If you have experience with your own equipment, that's a plus, but not required.

I want someone who enjoys collaborating, experimenting, and helping build a recognizable brand over time.
