About the Position
Delta Prime Security is seeking professional, customer-focused Unarmed Security Officers to join our team at a prestigious luxury homeowners association (HOA) community in Las Vegas.
This is not a traditional security position. While safety and security remain essential, our officers are expected to provide a concierge-level experience for residents, guests, vendors, and board members. The ideal candidate is polished, approachable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
We are hiring for multiple positions across various shifts, including:
- Front Desk Concierge Officer
- Dispatch Officer
- Guard Shack / Gatehouse Officer
- Community Rover Patrol Officer
Officers may be assigned to one position or cross-trained to work multiple posts based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and HOA management.
- Greet visitors professionally while creating a welcoming first impression.
- Verify resident and guest access in accordance with community policies.
- Monitor entrances, common areas, and community amenities.
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the property.
- Observe, document, and report safety and security concerns.
- Respond to resident requests, service calls, and incidents with professionalism and urgency.
- Operate access control systems, cameras, radios, and reporting software.
- Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Personal cell phone with an active voice, text, and data plan capable of running company-required applications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada PILB Work Card.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, concierge, hospitality, luxury residential communities, hotels, customer service, or front desk operations.
- Experience with access control systems, CCTV, dispatch operations, or incident reporting software.
- Previous HOA or gated community security experience.
