As a Tax Professional, you will prepare accurate tax returns, assist clients with their tax needs, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Dallas EZ Financial Solution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and electronically file individual and business tax returns.
- Review client tax documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Educate clients on available tax credits and deductions.
- Maintain confidential client information.
- Provide professional customer service throughout the tax preparation process.
- Follow company policies and IRS regulations.
- Participate in company training and team meetings.
