We are seeking motivated, energetic, and professional Call Center Agents who are ready to learn and grow with our company. No experience is required—we provide paid training and all the tools needed for success. If you enjoy talking with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for an opportunity to earn hourly pay plus commission, we want to meet you!
Pay: $14.00 per hour + Commission
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, meaning you are responsible for your own taxes and benefits
Schedule:
- Monday – Wednesday: Business Casual Attire
- Thursday – Friday: Dress Down Attire
- Weekends Off
Duties
- Make approximately 400 outbound calls daily using our automated dialing system
- Speak with homeowners and ask a series of qualifying questions
- Accurately enter customer information into company systems while maintaining active phone conversations
- Connect qualified homeowners with lending institutions by completing a minimum of 4 transfers per day
- Maintain professionalism, excellent phone etiquette, and positive customer interactions at all times
- Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality assurance standards
- Demonstrate accountability, punctuality, and consistent attendance
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while documenting customer information
- Meet daily performance expectations and productivity goals
- Participate in coaching sessions and ongoing training opportunities to improve performance
Training
We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
- No previous experience required
- Training lasts 2 days
- Training is paid after successful attendance on all training days and completion of your first full working shift
- Continuous support and coaching are provided to help you succeed
Quality & Compliance
At Dial Hawks, we are committed to maintaining high-quality customer interactions. Our Quality Assurance Department monitors calls to ensure professionalism, compliance, and customer service standards are consistently met. Agents are expected to follow all training, company procedures, and quality guidelines.
Experience
- No experience necessary—we will train the right candidates
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service mindset
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and entering information into computer systems
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Sales, call center, customer service, or outbound calling experience is a plus but not required
