The Role
We are looking for a reliable, hard working Insulation Installer to join our field team. In this role, you’ll be the hands-on expert responsible for installing various insulation materials in residential and commercial properties. Whether it’s retrofitting an older attic or working on a newer garage, your work will directly impact our clients’ comfort and energy efficiency.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Install Materials: Correctly measure, cut and install fiberglass batts, blown-in cellulose, and blown-in fiberglass in attics, crawlspaces, walls and basements.
- Prep and Clean: Prepare job sites by sealing gaps, masking areas, and ensuring proper ventilation, then leave the workspace clean and tidy when the job is done while maintaining equipment.
- Load and Transport: Safely load insulation materials, ladders and tools into the company vehicle and transport them to job sites.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, safety glasses and protective suits- and strictly adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with a crew leader and teammates to complete projects safely and on schedule.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Use common hand tools
- Ability to use power tools
- Can comfortably climb ladders
- Ability to move material and equipment to multiple levels
- Bend, kneel, and work comfortably in tight, confined spaces (like attics or crawlspaces)
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a dependable way to get to work every day.
- License: A valid driver’s license is required
- Experience: Some construction, or insulation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude!
We are a proud, family-owned business built on a foundation of integrity, respect and exceptional craftsmanship. If you share our core values of hard work, honestly, and taking pride in a job well done, you'll fit right in with our family.
