Premier Speech & Swallowing Solutions, LLC. is dedicated to hiring qualified, caring Trained Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT's) to provide the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our compensation is very competitive. We offer great hours, guaranteed weekly minimum up to 30 hrs/ week because we want you to enjoy what you do and not worry about how many hours your kiddos come this week!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
- You must have a vehicle to commute to ABA center.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and in person.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Experience: 1 year as an ABA Therapist or 2 years working with children (Required)
