Duties
- Safely operate various types of vehicles including limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and school buses to transport clients or goods.
- Navigate using GPS and navigation software to ensure timely arrivals at destinations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any inquiries professionally.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical checks to maintain optimal vehicle performance.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, routes, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations diligently to ensure passenger safety at all times.
- Assist with vehicle cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to uphold a professional appearance.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, limousine chauffeur driving, or bus driving.
- Strong knowledge of GPS navigation systems and navigation software for efficient routing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to operate different vehicle types such as box trucks or school buses confidently.
- Familiarity with traffic laws, safety protocols, and driver’s licensing requirements in your region.
- Experience with delivery driver roles or transportation services is a plus.
- No accidents in the last 5 years driving
