Job Summary
CobbleStone Software is seeking a dynamic individual to join their fast-growing SaaS software company. The successful candidate will join a result oriented, casual, fun environment with responsibilities ranging across multiple aspects of the business. The CobbleStone Marketing Manager will participate in tactical marketing planning and execution of our advertising, social media, trade show & conference events, direct mail and email campaigns, artwork design, video and webinar development, and other marketing collateral and initiatives. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
A Marketing Manager should be a competent professional able to understand business to business software client behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.
The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs aligned with company objectives
· Lead marketing campaigns from concept through execution, collaborating across teams
· Build business cases and recommend effective marketing strategies and tactics
· Drive brand awareness, qualified traffic, and lead conversion across organic and paid channels
· Analyze campaign performance (traffic, conversion rates, ROI) to inform future strategies
· Identify gaps in current marketing efforts and implement improvement plans within budget
Campaigns & Content
· Create and oversee content for blogs, white papers, webinars, website, and marketing materials
· Develop product advertisements and promotional campaigns
· Manage website content (HubSpot) and social media channels
· Support content optimization and lead generation initiatives
Events & Promotions
· Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, webinars, and promotional events
· Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendor relationships
· Represent the company at events both in person and virtually
Leadership & Collaboration
· Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team
· Hire and train marketing associates as needed to support growth
· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency
· Communicate performance metrics and marketing insights to senior leadership
Market Research & Strategy
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
· Support media planning and advertising spend optimization
· Develop creative campaigns and new ideas to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
· Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
· Experience with digital marketing tools (HubSpot or similar CMS preferred)
· Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
· Experience with event planning and vendor management

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
