Open Eyes Vision Center is looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused clinic lead with excellent customer service skills to support our doctor in creating outstanding memorable patient visits. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys people- helping them feel welcome and comfortable understanding their healthcare benefits and eye care needs. Providing outstanding patient care is our goal!
What You’ll Do:
- Focus on the day-to-day operations of our established optometry clinic
- Make patient scheduling and insurance verification part of your daily preparations
- Interact directly with patients in the clinic, from check in to check out
- Learn to verify and explain insurance benefits to patients
- Patiently work with patients to help them understand their health care costs
- Become a master at verifying medical and vision benefits
- Learn to perform and train every staff role within the clinic
- Prepare weekly clinic performance reports and data as needed
- Ensure every patient enjoys an efficient, welcoming, patient-centered experience
- Earn performance-based bonuses
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service superstar who creates outstanding experiences for patients
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills – you know how to keep the plates spinning
- Previous medical clinic or front desk experience preferred but not required
- Computer experience and aptitude to learn new software
- Spanish speaking is a plus (not required)
- Salary based on proven experience and qualifications
Schedule:
- Full-time five days per week
- Saturdays are required – our busiest clinic days
