Sterling Cleaning Crew is looking for experienced, reliable independent cleaning professionals to serve recurring residential clients across Greater Richmond, Vriginia.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. You choose your availability, and we help connect you with consistent residential cleaning jobs.
What This Looks Like
- Recurring residential clients: weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules
- Same clients, same neighborhoods, same days each week
- All job details and entry instructions provided in advance
- You work independently: no supervision, no hand-holding
What You Earn
- Deep cleans: $25-30+ per hour
- Recurring jobs: fixed rate per job, with most cleaners earning around $25 to $30 per hour depending on pace
- Paid every Friday via direct deposit
- Rate increases automatically at 6 months
- Referral bonuses up to $1,000 per cleaner you bring onto the roster
What We Handle
- Finding and booking all clients
- All client communication from start to finish
- Scheduling, routing, and payments
- Handling complaints and disputes
Your job is to show up and clean. Everything else is ours.
Who This Is For
- At least 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation to get around the Richmond area
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Someone who takes pride in consistent, high-quality work
- Authorized to work in the United States
Schedule
Flexible scheduling is available. You can work as few as 10 hours per week or as many as 35+ hours per week depending on your availability.
We prefer cleaners with strong availability who are looking for consistent weekly work.
