The LaFayette Hotel is looking for bartenders who understand that hospitality is more than pouring drinks.
We're looking for people who can create regulars, read a room, build energy, and make guests feel like they've stumbled into the best night of their week.
Our bars are fast-paced, high-volume, and personality-driven. The right candidate is equal parts technician, host, and teammate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and consistency
- Deliver memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, spirits, beer, and wine
- Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, support staff, and leadership
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
Pay: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour
