Position Overview:
This role is responsible for managing projects from contract to completion while protecting gross profit, leading crews, and maintaining operational discipline. You will be the primary point of contact for field operations and will play a major role in scaling the company.
This is a performance-driven role with compensation tied directly to Gross Profit.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
- Oversee field crews and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Protect and maintain target Gross Profit margins
- Prepare and manage schedules, scopes, and change orders
- Use CRM to track jobs and revenue
- Maintain job costing and margin reporting weekly
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain strong communication with clients
- Assist in building operational systems and processes as the company scales
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven experience managing crews and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of job costing and gross profit management
- Experience using a CRM system
- Proficient in Google Drive, Docs, and Excel
- Xactimate Estimating Experience (Preferred)
- Ability to read plans and prepare scopes of work
- Existing vendor or referral relationships preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High accountability and ownership mindset
Compensation:
- Base salary $55,000 depending on experience
- Commission based on GP%
- Performance bonuses tied to margin and execution
We are looking for someone who wants to build something long-term — not someone looking for a temporary position. This role has significant upside for the right operator.
