We are seeking a reliable and experienced sales associate to join our team to help with daily duties. This person will be responsible working and communicating team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. Home Game Weekends are mandatory work days
Duties
- Working a retail schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, including maintaining a clean and organized store and adhering to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting customers with questions and needs and handling complaints and concerns
- Stocking and handling merchandise quickly and efficiently
- Complete transactions using our POS system for customers, reconciling the register nightly
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift objects of 10-25lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $17.00 per hour
