Apartment Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a great team at a well-maintained apartment community. Every day brings something different, and your work will make a real difference for our residents.
What you'll do as a Maintenance Technician
- Complete service requests and maintenance repairs in occupied apartments.
- Prepare apartments for new residents (make-readies).
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and general carpentry issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and community inspections.
- Assist with maintaining the grounds and common areas.
- Respond to occasional after-hours emergency maintenance calls.
- Work with vendors and your property management team to keep the community looking its best.
Maintenance Technician requirements:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service.
- Reliable, dependable, and a team player.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Own basic tools.
- Work well independently.
