Job Title: TikTok Live Host - Men's Underwear Social Selling

Real Men Apparel Company (a fast-growing Kansas-based e-commerce brand selling on Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify) seeks a charismatic and engaging TikTok Live Host (male or female) with a vibrant personality to promote and sell our premium men's underwear line. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence on TikTok, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with our target audience. Some of our best brand content creators and hosts are women.
Responsibilities:
- Host engaging live sessions on TikTok for up to 4 hours per day, typically divided into two 2-hour segments, to showcase Real Men Apparel Company's men's underwear collection
- Develop and implement creative livestream scripts, ensuring that the content is informative, entertaining, and aligned with our brand's values
- Prepare and manage the livestream set and props to create an attractive and professional visual presentation
- Engage with viewers, answer questions, and provide detailed information about our products in a witty, clean, and entertaining manner
- Respond to TikTok DMs following the livestream, addressing viewer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional way
- Recommend and implement livestream product giveaways and flash sale discounts to drive viewer engagement and sales
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative content ideas and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages from viewers, maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team based on viewer interactions and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in men's underwear and fashion to effectively promote our products
- Create, edit, and post product video posts on TikTok, IG, Facebook, YouTube, and Snap
Desired Experience:
- Experience as a TikTok content creator or live host, preferably in the fashion or retail industry or a strong drive to learn
- Strong understanding of TikTok's features, trends, and best practices for live selling
- Comfortable and confident on camera, with the ability to engage and entertain an audience for extended periods
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits
- Knowledge of men's underwear styles, fabrics, and fit preferences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online sales processes
- Flexibility to host live sessions during peak viewing hours, including evenings and weekends
Compensation: The TikTok Live Host will receive a competitive base hourly wage plus a percentage of sales commission based on the revenue generated from their livestream sessions.
