WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a 2nd Shift Press Operator, you’ll play an important role in producing high-quality laminated products. You’ll operate and monitor press equipment, make adjustments, troubleshoot problems, and ensure every product meets our high standards for quality and precision.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Set up and operate CNC and press equipment according to production specifications.
- Adjust speed, pressure, temperature, and other machine settings to achieve optimal results.
- Safely load and unload materials using hoists, cranes, and other lifting equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
- Inspect finished products and make adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
- Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and rulers.
- Perform routine machine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate problems when additional support is needed.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Previous CNC machine operating experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
