We are currently looking for a responsible, articulate and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehousing / logistic and have an extensive understanding of inventory management within a software. Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs is required. We're looking for a responsible, detail oriented, and dependable Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of customer inventory.
- Handle customer queries and issues.
- Perform and generate all inbound and outbound documents within our warehouse management software.
- Coordinate pick ups with outside carriers and maintain transparent communication customers to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Complete weekly billing and invoice customers for services rendered.
