Job Title: Lock Room Attendant
Reports to: Locker Room Manager
Rate: $15/hr-$16/hr plus tips/gratuities.
Schedule: 12:00PM-8:00PM 5-6 days/week

Job Summary:
Provides locker room services to members and their guests in a manner that meets and exceeds their expectations.
Job Responsibilities:

Upon arrival of the member - address him or her by Mr. or "Mrs." and last name.

Helps with any baggage and opens his/her locker, see if he/she is expecting any guests

Assists the member in unpacking if necessary

Offers to shine shoes
- Provides a hand sport towel for golf

Assists any guest as necessary
- Before the member returns from golf, makes sure a towel and his/her street shoes are shined and put back in their locker

Picks up his/her golf shoes and takes them to be cleaned in the shoe room and returns to locker as soon as possible

Helps repack baggage if necessary

Informs the member of other services available (massage, steam room etc.)

Offers a cocktail service or makes reservations in the dining room

Hustles and be available at all times - assists in other areas if the attendant is not present when the member enters

No requests should be denied

Carries bags out to valet

Each attendant is responsible to clean their own area this includes but not limited to (dusting of lockers, inside and out, vacuum carpet etc.)

Must work well with co-workers and have a pleasing personality

Hires, schedules, evaluates shoe staff

Arranges uniform order and distribution for locker room staff

Orders and inventories all supplies in locker rooms including shoe supplies

Coordinates special outings with clubhouse and golf professional staff

Maintains locker room and reports all needed repairs to maintenance staff

Handles all administrative duties in locker room as to postings, mailing, flyers, etc.

Arranges locker keys for all locker holders

Maintains list of occupied and unoccupied lockers

Keeps locker room clean, shines shoes, makes name tags for lockers, takes messages for members and guests, replenishes all supplies, empties garbage, and provides a safe environment for members, guests and staff

Assures that coffee is available in both locker rooms at beginning of play

Any and all other duties as assigned by the Locker Room Manager, Clubhouse Manager, and/or General Manager
Education and Experience:

High school diploma required.

Must be able to lift, carry and or move up to 40 pounds.
- Previous experience a plus, but not required.
- Must have a professional, conservative, presence, upbeat extrovert type personality.
- Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time, approximately 10-12 hours.
- Must be able to speak and write fluent English.
- Individual should have excellent knowledge in locker room supplies and cleaning supplies.
