About the Role:
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our business in Somers Point and Sea Isle City, NJ. This position is designed to ensure that daily activities run smoothly while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the management team to implement strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Additionally, this role involves training and supervising staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment. Ultimately, the Assistant Manager is responsible for contributing to the success of the business by optimizing team performance and achieving operational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
