Lymph Therapeutics is a therapist-owned outpatient practice providing one-on-one care to adults in their homes throughout Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. We specialize in helping patients with chronic swelling, mobility limitations, wound healing, post-surgical recovery, and other complex medical conditions improve their function and quality of life.
We are looking for compassionate, motivated Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists who enjoy building meaningful relationships with patients and working independently while being supported by a collaborative team.

What You'll Do
As a member of our team, you'll:
- Provide individualized, one-on-one patient care in the home setting
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, oncologic, vascular, and lymphatic conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve function, mobility, independence, and quality of life
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Complete timely electronic documentation
- Build lasting relationships with patients while making a meaningful impact in their lives
Depending on your experience and interests, treatment may include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional training, compression therapy, edema management, and patient education.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania PT or OT license (or eligible)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Reliable transportation for local travel
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in outpatient, home health, geriatrics, oncology, wound care, orthopedics, or lymphedema
- Lymphedema Certification (CLT or equivalent)
