Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary based on service area. A list of general responsibilities is provided below.

Diagnose a diverse range of technical malfunctions, including emergencies, efficiently and accurately and perform required technical services

Install, repair and replace residential fixtures, systems, and heavy equipment

Inspect residential systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local building codes

Provide excellent customer service and communication

Provide accurate estimates and invoices for repairs and projects
-
Competent use of modern industry-standard machinery and equipment
-
Meet weekly with Service Manager to discuss work orders, parts, concerns and goals

Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches, lifting heavy objects, crawling through small spaces, and be able to work in the cold and heat

Other duties and responsibilities at manager's discretion
Requirements:
- Current relevant trade license

At least 1 year of experience

Clean, professional appearance
